FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
It will help to have the following information on hand to allow for accurate completion of your online registration:
- Doctor information
- Health insurance information
- Emergency contact information
You will need to submit hard copies of your current physical, and FRL information if you sign up for the free and reduced lunch waiver payment. These items will be submitted to your athletics secretary.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
You will need to create an account with FamilyID or log in with an existing account. Make sure to click the save and continue button and review your registration summary.
You can choose to pay your athletics fee using PayPal, credit or debit card (a $1.00 convenience fee applies), OR you can choose to pay your athletics fee at the school. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration, and a receipt if you have chosen to pay online.
At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s). To view a completed registration, select the “Registration” tab on the blue bar.
